If you can't see well you can't learn well. 80% of learning up to age 12 is through vision. If a student's vision is not corrected chances are he/she will drop out of school. Thanks to our generous donors all 7000 HDF students had their eyesight tested and 25% were provided glasses on the spot in 2019 as part of HDF's Nazar 20/20 Focus to Learn initiative. An additional 2500 students have been tested at non-HDF schools providing over 400 pairs of glasses.
